Dearest LOST Fans,
Is this Mr. Eko? On the left… is that Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje? Album came out in 1990. Adewale was born in 1967. He used to be a model…
Thoughts? What do you think?
This is the eternal question. Do you feel sad when something you love ends, or are you happy that you got to experience something great? I’ve been sad all week because the long and arduous journey of BATTLESTAR GALACTICA is coming to an end tonight. But, no longer am I sad. I AM HAPPY THAT I GOT TO EXPERIENCE SOMETHING GREAT! It is a time to celebrate the brillance of the best show on television. Storytelling without peer, Sci-Fi without rival. I am a better man for having seen it. So here’s to you BSG, (champagne toast), we love you. SO SAY WE ALL!

Q:Now that you've finished BSG, which show will you do next? I still suggest Buffy or Heroes. :)
After much thought, especially for my health, I’m going to hold off until the beginning of April before starting another series.
I have got a 5k to run on March 31st and I haven’t even began to train. Yes, I know it’s only 3 miles and yes, I have to train for that. That’s how out of shape I am. If I want to make it to the finish line (without assistance from an emergency vehicle) I’ll need to keep myself away from the tube a little (a lot) more than usual.
When I do begin a new series, I’m probably going to limit myself to 2-3 episodes a day instead of hammering out my usual 7-10. What can I say? When I’m into something, I’m INTO it.
So, in a couple of weeks, I’ll put up a poll and see what folks want me to watch. Definitely on the list:
- The Wire
- Buffy
- Heroes
Star Trek is a maybe but definitely NOT all of them ;)
Let me know if anything else should be added to the poll!
Q:I wish the 5th had been someone else, but oddly, Ellen is the only one that makes sense when you really think on it. And once you have seen the finale and "The Plan" you'll appreciate it more. ;)
It makes sense that it was Ellen, now. Especially when they were going to give the cylons the plans for the resurrection ship. You remember the scene… Just before Chief snaps Tory’s neck and Cavil yells, “Frak!,” before blowing his brains out.
I lolled.
Thoughts on the end?
Well, I enjoyed it. A lot, actually. I like how it had a “happy” ending and I like how it sort of explained where the characters were going, what they were going to do or where they were going to settle down.
I also didn’t like the ending.
Don’t get me wrong, here. I like happy endings. They make me feel good and who doesn’t like to feel good? But… happy hasn’t been what this show is about. It didn’t feel like that should have been the way the show should have ended. Anyone else agree?
I’ll take it, though. I’ll take every frakkin’ minute of it because each second was pretty damn amazeballs.
Oh Helo is still alive!
Oh good. Oh good. Oh good.
Where did Kara just disappear to?!
Wait. Was she really an angel? Y’all…
